Best Holiday Gift Ideas 2014

Some holiday gifts are easy to choose: Little kids love anything that lights up or connects to something else, such as movies or video games, and coworkers and teachers appreciate small gifts such as ornaments or gift cards. But if you’re stuck as far as getting a thoughtful gift for the person you love most, here are five options to consider.

Best Holiday GiftsAside from the iPad, the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is one of the hottest tablets around right now. And with its reasonable price point, it’s not difficult to find a reason to give this exciting gift. The bonus of this gift is, of course, the ease of integration between Amazon and the Kindle. Kindle apps are some of the best, and the table integrates easily with all of your favorites and more that are specific to Kindle. With awesome graphics and terrific technology, this is a superior gift.

Why not get the music lover in your life a new portable record player for the upcoming holiday. Record players are making a comeback as younger generations begin to appreciate the authentic sound of music on vinyl. And whether it’s the newest Taylor Swift album or a throwback to Aerosmith, music is one way we communicate and connect with those around us.

As bigger phones make their way into Best Holiday Giftsthe hands of users around the world, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is one of the favorite kids on the playground. With optical image stabilization on the 16-mexapixel camera and the ultra-high definition 5.7-inch display, the Galaxy Note 4 is perfect for those swooning in this big phone craze. This one is notably loved for its stylus, which makes taking notes, drawing, and texting, among other functions, easier than ever.

The all-new iMac with Retina 5K display is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about items on everyone’s holiday gift list. With 14.7 million pixels, the 5-mm thick, 27-inch LED-backlit Retina display is heavy on your purse strings but light on the eyes—beauty paired with some serious brain power.

Best Holiday GiftsWith up to a 4.0GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, up to 32GM memory, AMD Radeon R9 M290X or R9 M295X graphics processor, and the world’s most advanced desktop operating system, OS X Yosemite, your gift recipient will probably feel like a rock star. If they don’t, the built-in apps and beautiful design will definitely bring them around.

The Ford F-Series is the #1 hottest selling car in America. With 63,410 sales just in October of this year, the Ford F Series, including the F-150, F-250, and F-350, are the best trucks for those who want to haul heavy loads or all of their family members. These trucks are reliable, with the stamp of the Ford brand in their corner. Plus, with upgraded models such as the Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited, buyers are getting everything they want in a heavy-duty work truck with all of the luxury Ford offers.

When you’re shopping for those you love most, getting a gift that shows this love is important. With any of these gifts, it’s easy to customize with accessories. Whether those are a couple records, a gift card, a cool case, upgraded software, or an interior upgrade, they’ll be particularly special to those close in your life. Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square in Chesapeake, VA, would like to wish you and your family happy holidays. If you’d like to check out our new 2015 Ford models, visit us today to take a test drive!
